Neither 8-K discloses a dollar amount invested by either party into the joint venture, a timeline for MicroCo's first release, or the ownership of any content MicroCo eventually produces. The '$10 billion by 2027' figure is stated as a market projection without its source being named in either filing, so it should be read as Cineverse's own framing of the opportunity, not an independently sourced estimate.
